Mrs Rogers' salt range makes ordinary table salt look very tired. In addition to salts in fine and coarse grinds, we offer a range of delicious salt blends that can be used as a quick and easy way to add pizzazz to any savoury dish - and we also include an organic product in our range.
Grinders and Shakers (Shakers not available in the US)
Natural Salt
Description: New Zealand solar-dried crystalline natural sea salt. This is a premium salt as unlike rock salt, it contains valuable sea water trace elements, especially iodine.
Suggested Uses: Use as a basic seasoning ingredient in any savoury dish, adding a minimum amount at the beginning of cooking, and topping up at the end if necessary. Its moisture content makes it perfect for "hand seasoning" at the table but it is not as suitable for salt mills where the grinder would clog.

Sea Salt
Description: Sea salt is produced from 100% natural evaporated
sea water. It is naturally dried, retaining all the iodine, minerals, nutrients, and trace elements found in the purest waters in the world. This all-natural, completely pure whole food is not processed; nothing is added during its production unlike processed salt with its chemical additives.
Suggested Uses: Milder than regular table salt, the subtle flavour of sea salt brightens the quality of every food to which it is added, bringing out delicate nuances without overpowering.

Salt & Garlic
Description: A favourite in the kitchen, this handy grinder combines organic salt with west coast garlic.
Suggested Uses: Spice up steaks. chicken and burgers; sprinkle on potatoes, pasta dishes and salads; stir into cooked vegetables and Soups.

Salt & Pepper
Description: The classic combination of organic salt and black Malabar pepper - now in a handy grinder!
Suggested Uses: You can keep one of these in the kitchen for fresh and tasty seasoning in seconds, but be warned - it will become an indispensable item at the dinner table also.

Description: Our organic Sea Salt is combined with the warmth of chili, to produce a unique, mouth-watering seasoning.

Description: Perfect for the herb lover. For this blend we simply add a selection of garden herbs to our organic salt.
